A. Sustainability

1. Ecologically Beneficial Green technology – from farm to factory in minutes alleviating the pollutants arising from transportation reducing environmental pollutants. Locally grown from farm to Extraction Unit negates cross country transportation and as we grow, we will grow with local farmers keeping transport cost and pollutants low preserving the environment.

2. Carbon Neutral Business towards a carbon negative technology – our use of minimal electricity and water in our facility is set off by all the environmental benefits of our crops. Our aim is to be totally reliant on solar energy as we grow.

3. Pollution Negative Technology – No form of air or water pollution in fact we clean the air. We are a Pollution free Technology- No chemicals, additives, solvents, alcohols or other toxic materials are used in production. Water will be used minimally and all water waste will be recycled at our facility itself or used to water our crops as it will not be polluted with any toxic or environmentally dangerous matter.

4. Plastic Waste Free – Our use of plastic in our entire business is minimal and if we do use any, it will be items we can reuse indefinitely for years to come. It is our intent to use reusable glass in our processes and ban single use plastics at the farm and facility from Day 1.

5. Green Extraction Technology – Our technology is so green it uses a process to extract all that is healing out of the plant for medicinal purposes rendering ours the purest Vegan and Vegetarian (kosher and halal) extract which is free of any other contaminant or ingredient that is not found in the plant itself.

6. No Waste Business a purely Green technology – all the remnants that cannot be used for medicinal purposes are recycled into other products- intense, candles, rope, cloth, salves, topicals etc and as stated above any water used will be recycled at the farm or facility itself.

B. Humane

Fair Labour Practices– we intend to insure staff, provide safety education and take safety measures, provide our staff with safety equipment if needed, provide in house training and development on site providing the local communities with many opportunities to rise out of rural poverty. We intend to retain women as a percentage of our workforce, providing them with a safe space to work. What is non negotiable will be a total ban on all child labour at our farm and facility. A crèche and school is envisaged on the premises to promote education to enable child care for parents and to especially provide single mothers an empowered way of self-sufficiency.

C. Profit Recycling – Giving Back

1. Locally – Reinvestment in our workforce by developing the village community and upliftment of the locals; Development of on-site training, a creche, followed in a few years with development of a children’s school, adult literacy centre and medical unit on site.

2. Nationally – Giving back to India once we hit our targets of certain tonnage of oil per annum. We propose to give back a percent of our product to charities supporting low and no income cancer hospitals and institutes, hospices for the elderly and children’s hospitals and hospices.

3. Internationally – setting up local extraction units across the globe in developing countries empowering local farmers in poverty stricken communities akin to our Indian model while maintaining our standards of sustainably listed above.
